In celebration of the unique spirit and culture of the LGBTTQ community we produce quality, inclusive events such as the Pride Parade. In doing so, the VPS strengthens a sense of community and contributes to the vibrancy, health and overall well-being of all persons in the LGBTTQ community.

No Smoking Rules in Effect

Vancouver has joined a long and growing list of cities and regions in North America and internationally that ban smoking in parks and on beaches. Vancouver's ban took effect September 1, 2010, prohibiting smoking in all 224 parks. Click here for more info
