Outreach

The Outreach Committee of the VPS was created following the 2005 Annual General Meeting. The committee's purpose is to ensure that Pride remains accountable to its members and the larger LGBT community. The committee strives to ensure that Pride is as representative and inclusive of our diverse community as possible. The committee is open to all members of the VPS. Your participation is needed and encouraged.

Parade Subsidy Program

The Parade Subsidy and Creative Incentive Awards was created to offer community groups the opportunity to enter the Pride Parade. Further information about this program will soon be online.

Legacy Fund

The Legacy Fund is a program created by the Vancouver Pride Society to grant funds to groups that serve or enhance the LGBT community. This is open to all community not-for-profit groups, to be determined by the board.

The 2010 Legacy Fund application is online now. Download the application and apply before September 1, 2010.
