This neighbourhood friendly event is held on the traditional ‘Stonewall' weekend. East Side Pride represents an important outreach opportunity with communities outside of the West End. This neighbourhood friendly event is attended by local community organizations and funky artisans. Live music, food, fun and a little bit of Pride history right in McSpadden Park. East Side Pride provides the perfect Saturday outing.

The event closes with the now popular QUEENTASTIC LEGENDS show at 5:30pm hosted by Symone with performances by Joan-E, Conni Smudge, Isolde N Barron, Kiki Lawhore, Hope Diamond, Foxy-De-Rossi, Leroy and The Lovebots, Danni L, Diamond Minx, Black Parade Kings and The Bobbers in Drag.

Vancouver Pride Society and QMUNITY Gab Youth present: Pride Youth Dance 2011! Join us and over 300 other youth from all over BC to celebrate Pride Day! Our DRUG AND ALCOHOL FREE event is for youth ages 25 and under who identify with any sexual orientation and gender!
Admission is by donation. (Suggested donation of $5 at the door, but no one is turned away for lack of funds)
