Grand Marshals have historically been 2SLGBTQAI+ serving groups or individuals who have made a positive difference in our communities. As we celebrate Vancouver Pride 2023, we recognize those whose activism contributes to the betterment of our communities while inspiring others to join.
Nominate Your Grand Marshal for Pride 2023

Grand Marshals can be groups, individuals, or posthumous individuals who have dedicated their time and energy to creating a world that is more equitable and inviting. As we celebrate Vancouver Pride 2023, we recognize those whose activism contributes to the betterment of our communities while inspiring others to join. We encourage nominations of folks who are representative of 2SLGBTQAI+ communities whether they are in a public light or not.
Grand Marshals have historically been 2SLGBTQAI+ serving groups or individuals who have made a positive difference in our communities. While many past Grand Marshals have been local to Vancouver, we are open to receiving nominations from around the world. Chosen Grand Marshals take on a variety of duties representing the current Pride movement. These duties include media engagements, attending events, and taking part in the 2023 Vancouver Pride Parade.
