Elevator

There is an accessible elevator for wheelchair access and mobility access that there have included VIP Elevator 

Security

The security company, Genesis will be onsite for the entire duration of the event. If you are experiencing security issues, please contact a VPS staff member or volunteer onsite. VPS staff will wear light blue t-shirts and a black or white Vancouver Pride branded bucket hat. They will also have access to a radio. Parade volunteers will be wearing blue shirts with yellow safety vests over the top.

Public Transport

The event will be at the Parq Vancouver, close to Stadium-Chinatown station and walk 10 minutes from Stadium-Chinatown station

Parking & Street Closures

• There are various parking lots and street parking spots along the Parade route. For locations and pricing visit parkopedia.

• There have a parking underground at Parq Vancouver

Washroom: 

There will be accessible washroom facilities in the room

Scent Reduction

Scent Reduction Policy in effect. Avoid wearing perfume and strong scents.

Masks

Masks are not required. Available at the event for those who request them.

Mobility

There will be mobility access by elevator and the event is flat and easy to access around the stage and indoor and outdoor area
