Important Information for Vendors

Application Forms

This year there's only one version of the vendor form, as food vendors no longer need a separate application. The traditional PDF application form has been replaced with an online application. A copy will be emailed to the applicant upon submission.

Membership Tiers

Please note that this year we are using a Membership Tier system. Annual membership is $25 for non-profits and $100 for organizations with over $1M in revenue.

Single-use Plastics

As of 2023, we no longer allow balloons or single-use plastic bags on site. Information on the current by-law restrictions for shopping bags, cups, straws, utensils and takeout containers can be found here. Please help us create a more environmentally sustainable festival!

The application deadline for festival exhibitors is June 22nd, 2024

Note that our festivals typically fill up much earlier than this deadline and that you will be added to our waitlist should we reach capacity.
